Fire, CCTV and
Access Control
will be carried
out.

applicable the
audit can incorporate
consideration
of individual
electronic components
performance and
shall be identified
as a technical
security audit.
Within
the security
audit an associated
risk and threat
assessment will
be incorporated.
SECURITY
DESIGN & BUDGET
COSTS
A
detailed report
shall be structured
with the intention
being to stimulate
discussion and
address issues
arising from the
security audit.
The report shall
include recommendations
and associated
budget costs as
applicable.
Where
appropriate recommendations
shall be prioritised
and a planned
phased approach
can be provided
to take into
account financial
budget restrictions.
PRODUCTION
OF PERFORMANCE
SPECIFICATION
The
Performance Specification
describes the
performance and
requirement of
product type to
be incorporated
within the successful
Installers engineer
design as part
of the selective
tendering process.
TENDER
DOCUMENT PRODUCTION,
ISSUE AND EVALUATION
The
process credited
to the production,
issue and evaluation
of tender documents
is designed to
provide comprehensive
information and
costs to assist
the Client in
their selection
of an effective
Installer/Service
Provider for the
project.
IMPLEMENTATION
OF ELECTRONIC
AND PHYSICAL SECURITY
Consort
can support the
Client and/or
Site Representative
when managing
the contract from
the point of Pre-start
meeting to Handover.
Typically this
incorporates related
office and site
support, attendance
at site meetings
and principally
the link between
Contractor/Client/Project
Team and Regulatory
Bodies throughout
implantation of
the project.
COMMISSIONING & STAFF
TRAINING
At
the point of commissioning
and handover,
the installation
as a whole will
be assessed against
the requirements
defined within
the tender document
to ensure fulfilment
is achieved.
Training
and procedures
for the approved
operation of security
equipment and
services on site
is a fundamental
element of any
security design
or installation.
