From
the outset, we
have effectively
represented and
retain many long
term clients,
where it is necessary
to provide numerous
days support within
any allocated
financial year
e.g. The National
Trust for England,
Northern Ireland
and Wales, and
Sir John Soane’s
Museum. In response
we have developed
in house support
to assist in the
necessary link
and administration
of long term contracts.
Due
to the confidential
nature of our
business we are
unable to provide
specific details
of our extensive
portfolio. We
can however, upon
request provide
details of references.
We are confident
each individual
can offer an insight
attributed to
our consultancy
performance from
first hand experience
of our service
attributed to
the historic and
high-risk environment
and our commercial,
industrial, residential
experience and
the need to work
within cultural
and client requirements.
To
allow us to continually
provide our clientele
with the widest
possible degree
of expertise,
we continue to
work within all
levels of the
commercial and
retail marketplace.
A major element
of this includes
the reduction
of false alarms,
reinstatement
of Police Response
and negotiation
of contractual
agreements, all
to the benefit
of our client.
As
an Independent
Company, we are
called upon from
time to time to
provide a degree
of understanding
of the relative
failings of security
systems for bodies
such as the Police
and Loss Adjusters.
It is not unusual
for us to be asked
to represent a
Client when the
initial introduction
is made by an
Intruder Alarm
Company, who understand
that we can provide
independent advice
and solutions
to particular
problems.
Our
primary role has
been to provide
assistance in
the implementation
of the security
requirements imposed
by the former
Museums and Galleries
Commission now
(MLA) to its members.
This has resulted
in the need to
work with both
the MLA and Client,
introducing security
strategies in
a concise, yet
sometimes phased
approach to accommodate
budget restrictions
and implications
attributed to
introducing security
within recognised
historic and listed
environments.
A
major element
of our work is
that of risk assessment,
the reduction
of false alarms
and more recently
where applicable
the compliance
issues associated
to British and
European Standards.
Our current role
for The National
Trust for England
and Northern Ireland
demonstrates the
provision of detailed
reports and performance
specifications,
together with
all associated
budget costs.
The
company Consort
Securities Limited
was incorporated
on the 7th August
1990 with Mr David
Young as Director
and Mrs Susan
Young, Company
Secretary.
To
support our testimony
of working nationally,
the national approach
from our East Riding of Yorkshire based
office is acknowledged
by our ability
to use the well-established
motorway and rail
network. Airport
facilities from
Leeds Bradford, Manchester
International and Doncaster
offer both international
and regional services.
Consort
takes pleasure
in the knowledge
that traditionally,
we have developed
as Independent
Security Consultants
by way of recommendation,
satisfying our
business base
and maintaining
essential levels
of commitment & professionalism.
